Emerson radio partnered clock cabinet maker Ingraham Cabinets to produce some of the most interesting and ornate radios in. Ingraham Cabinets imported some of the most exotic veneers worldwide and rendered these scarce woods into the most unusual form factors. This radio is a perfect example of the efforts. The radio is an advanced 6 tube super-het with an unusual "tone" button on the face of the radio and a band switch on the back of the chassis. The refinished cabinet is done in the factory type of high luster giving the dramatic veneers and depth of contrast like few others. The radio retains the factory installed knobs. My tech has completed his highly professional repairs and with the factory installed loop antenna, the radio offers fine reception. The technician has added a mini-jack to allow your connection to any modern device, so you can listen to anything you choose along with the am and shortwave. The radio retains the metal Ingraham Cabinet tag on the bottom of the cabinet. AM transmitter and Bluetooth options are available starting at $25!
