There were no finer crafted radio cabinets than the collaboration between Emerson Radio and the famed clock cabinet maker, Ingraham Cabinets. The use of dramatic exotic veneers married to the solid reliability of Emerson's radios makes these radios a collector's delight. This particular example is all original, with the 85 year old finish showing a bit of wear. I have left it original as stripping the radio would destroy the pin striping highlighting the unique form factor of the cabinet. Inside is a very fine six-tube super-het chassis offering both am and shortwave. With joy, this example retains the factory installed back and Ingraham tag, usually missing. My tech has completed his highly professional repairs and the radio plays as new. He installed our mini-jack to allow you to use the radio with any type of modern device.
