Here is one of the radios that made Zenith Radio reputation for terrific radios and the famous "black dial." Backlit at night, white printing on the black background made for a dramatic look. This particular example is a six-tube super-het chassis which plays on both Broadcast (AM) and Shortwave. The cabinet was refinished very nicely by the previous owner with a minimal amount of wear as you would expect from an 80 year old. The speaker cloth is an exact reproduction and the wood knobs with the embossed iconic "Z" are factory originals. Les has done a terrific job in his repairs and return the radio to being a terrific player. Everything is ready for you simply plug her in and sit back and enjoy. Les added a mini-jack for your modern day device input so you can choose anything you wish to hear from the radio and Bluetooth is available for an additional $25! These are terrific radios at a great price! 19"H x 13=1/4"W x 11"D.
