You are looking at a terrific set. The cabinet is a fancy front of fine veneers and the balance made from American walnut. The radio was made late in the super-het era, and employs all of the fine technology of the era. The radio is a solid six-tube radio, playing on Broadcast and Shortwave. The radio is in fine factory original condition sporting a large 5-inch gold dial. The escutcheon and knobs are made out of Tenite plastic and are free of the common defect this kind of plastic develops. My technician has done a fine and complete repair. I found this to be a "hot chassis" and a super playing radio. You will enjoy looking at this set, but this is a fine listening radio too. 16-3/4"H x 13"W x 10"D.
