Fairbanks-Morse 51 tombstone (1935)
(wood tube tombstone radio)

Fairbanks-Morse 51 tombstone (1935)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is a very well designed and engineered radio by this high-end maker from Indianapolis, IN. The company was a smaller factory, making the radio difficult to find. The radio is in fine condition, with a fancy cabinet made of veneers and American Walnut. The four tube chassis is a very good performer, giving the radio a nice sound with a smaller footprint. Designed with architectural look, the skyscraper effect in evident makes the styling very sophisticated. The radio was completely restored by my technician, and is a solid performer. You will enjoy owning this radio. 13-1/2"H x 11-1/2W x 9"D.
