THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
I believe this might have been the largest tombstone made for the famed Sears. The set is very large and impressive at 22"H x 16-1/2"W x 11-1/2"D. Contained in this monster cabinet is a very fine eight-tube super-het. The radio is a fantastic player, with a bright and fairly active tuning eye. The radio has had the complete restoration that my highly skilled technician brings to all of my radios. Every filter and cap has been replaced with every other component checked for proper factory values. The radio sports a huge six and one half inch dial and is spectacular in a darkened room. Certainly, a scarce model, this radio has a fantastic finish with the proper factory knobs. The condition is outstanding and the performance is even better! |
