Airline 418 (1937)
(wood tube table radio)

Airline 418 (1937)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is one of the cherished chrome chassis radios made by Silver Marshall for Montgomery Ward. The radio is a very fancy set, with ornate cabinetry and a very interesting dial. Along with the sensitive green tuning eye, which opens and closes as you fine tune your station, this radio has a dial with a watch dial fine tune. This is a high-powered four band receiver and in very fine condition and with terrific chrome. The radio was an easy restoration for my technician. He replaced all of the filters and caps, and refreshed all of the other parts to factory new values. The power cord and plug are brand new, as this will be a fine set to listen to. 18"W x 10-1/2"H x 9"D.
