THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
You are looking at one of my favorite early Philco cathedrals. The radio was smaller and lower in tube counts, than the larger model 90, 70, 71, and 20 series sets. Never the less the radio being a five-tube model has distinctive looks. The compact size on this radio allowed it to be placed in smaller living areas, and offered decent sound and selectivity. The condition is original and very nice. Other than a couple of tiny chips missing on the back of the radio, the set is a nice example. The radio has been completely reconditioned with a complete replacement of all of the old filters and caps. The radio has been received a tuner alignment, and new power cord and plug for your safe operation. 16-1/2"H x 14-1/2"W x 9"D. |
