| This is the second one of these sets that I have offered for sale. The radio is such a terrific player, coming from the fine maker of better quality radios. The radio is a nice sized table radio at 20"W x 12"H x 11"D. The radio has seen a complete restoration with all new filters and caps. The balance of the radio has had tubes replaced and a new power cord for safe operation. This particular example has one of the most beautiful applications of veneers that I have seen. Look at the book matched top with the most interesting use of an exceptionally ornate use of American Walnut veneers. The dial to these sets also set the radio off from many others of the era. The huge four-inch dial glows with multi-color interest in a darkened room. Balanced with the highly deco floral motif speaker grille, this radio soon will become one of your favorites! |
