THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
Here is a nice and very good sounding cathedral from the early 1930s. This model 89 was a smaller and less expensive radio from Philco, designed to enjoy in a den or study. You can see a couple of prime grand cathedrals from the same era in a couple of my other listings. The finish is original, and the radio has had a complete electronic restoration. The radio really sings and will fill an average room with quality sound.
This radio has one of the cleanest chassis for a set of this age, I have ever seen. I think it was used very little and was well cared for by its prior owners. 16-1/2"H x 13"W x 10-1/2"D. |
