| A style reminiscent of European design, this blonde wood AM/FM Zenith is part of the "Long Distance" series and plays very well with a full rich sound, good selective tuning on both bands (you'll need an antenna for best FM sound). This is a seven-tube chassis. Right knob is on/off/volume, outer ring is tone; left knob is for FM/FM A.F.C./AM, outer ring for tuning. Fabric covering speaker is in excellent shape with no tears or stains, original firm cardboard back. Circa 1953, the dial has CD markings. The case has a few scuffs and marks, mostly on right edge and right side; overall the radio is in great shape. 15"W x 9"H. |
