This is an excellent Deutscher Kleinempfanger by Schaub. These radios were referred to as "Goebbles Mouth" and were used to spread propaganda. It has been completely recapped and works as its supposed to, very limited reception. An external antenna is required. It has two bands, LW for Deutschland sender or National station and MW Reichssender or regional station. MW is our AM and LW is not utilized here in the United States. The Bakelite cabinet is excellent with no cracks or chips. The back is original and in very good condition. All the logos are visible. This comes with a copy of the schematic, US adaptor plug and a reproduction of the warning tag that came with all these radios. Additional detailed pictures are available. A true collector's radio from a dark period of world history. 9"H x 9"W x 5"D.
