| This beautiful top of the line Blaupunkt from the early 60s is in near mint condition. It has AM 520-1600, the big FM, 88-108 and SW 16-49m. All writing is in English. Three speakers, a large woofer and two 4" mid/tweeters for excellent tube sound. Has the "broadband" tuning for the SW band were the FM dial allows you to fine tune the SW band. It plays loud and strong on all bands. Tone controls are Bass, Treble, Hi-Fi, Solo and Sonor. There is a rotating Ferrite antenna with an on/off switch. The cabinet is excellent in the original high gloss dark mahogany finish, with light wood insert on the front. Only a few very small chips and surface scratches, not enough to take away from its beauty. The original speaker cloth is like new. The back has clear writing. Tubes and capacitors have been replaced as needed including a new, bright indicator tube. A beautiful example of a Blaupunkt in near mint condition.
