| This is a really scarce battery set. It has been restored inside and out replacing all capacitors and out of tolerance resistors. The cabinet has been refinished in an original rubbed lacquer finish. The grille cloth has been replaced with an exact reproduction. An AC power supply has been built inside a cabinet that looks just like an original Philco A/B battery and is mounted in the original position in the cabinet. It looks authentic, but all you have to do is plug and play. This radio does have a back cover, not pictured in the pics. This is a fine example of this radio; it will make a great addition to the most distinguished collections. 18"H x 17-1/4"W x 10"D. |
