THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

AM. Outer side wrap around walnut case in near mint condition with barely a mark. Brass grille work, original grille cloth, knobs and dial pointer in nice shape. Unique square dial glass is reverse painted. Original back still reads "Wards Airline Radio Super-Sensitive Built-In Air Wave Loop Aerial System 2046." Chassis has been serviced (see below) and radio plays well with very good sensitivity and nice tone. Originally made by Montgomery Ward in Chicago and sold through their catalog system. A cute little guy that still plays well! 12-3/4"W x 7"H x 6-1/4"D.
