| Made from 64 to 65, the 2440U coupled strong performance with Mid Century design. There are tight stress cracks in the high gloss piano finish that run along the top and sides. The finish is not compromised by them and I believe they have been there for decades. The set is in original condition and overall displays well. The power cord has been changed. The chassis and speaker are beautiful with a clean chrome finish. Chassis and controls have been cleaned and lubricated. The radio plays great receiving AM and FM and also gets short wave. 22"W x 12-1/2"H x 9"D. |
