| Here is a Zenith console you seldom see. Even Lynn fell in love with the little cutie when I bought it in for pictures. At only 37"H x 21-1/2"W x 12"D, it would be perfect if you want a nice console, but have limited space. The set uses the same escutcheon, knobs and chassis as the very popular 805 cathedral. During the depression table radios and consoles often shared the same chassis as a way of cutting costs. It does have a replacement grille cloth, but otherwise is all original. The condition is excellent throughout, and it could not be any cleaner. The chassis and speaker look near new. It has been serviced and plays well on AM and with an antenna you can get short wave. A rare find and a great display piece. |
