Philco 166 (1952)
(Bakelite tube table radio)

Philco 166 (1952)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Wow! A wonderful example of 1950s automotive design. Beautiful even-toned deep cherry maroon Bakelite cabinet is without cracks/chips. The cabinet shines & sits on a gold-toned base! This one looks great from all angles because the chassis is bottom mounted! The large curved "dashboard" grille sit on top of the thick lighted Lucite dial scale in perfect condition. The control knobs are excellent as well. Comes with a complete bottom label. The five tube AM/special services chassis plays well (Special services frequencies no longer used). With its neat design & color this could be the fastest radio in your collection!! 13-1/2"w X 8-1/2"H X 9-1/2"d.
