I am one of the older collectors who will sing the praises of the Atwater Kent Company. They were always on the cutting-edge of the technology with a very determined commitment to quality cabinets as well. The company was that dedicated to the high end of the retail market and every element of this radio reflects the company's commitment. You are looking at exactly the reason I feel this way. This radio is all-original and even retains the factory cloth covered power cord and Bakelite plug. This radio was well cared for, with a very clean chassis and tight cabinet. You can see for yourself the elaborate veneers and craftsmanship. This set is a real player, and I think untouched for all of these years. I rejoice when I find such a finely made radio and can offer such excellence for sale. This is a full size set at 18"H x 13"W x 8"D.
