| Made in Japan Midnight Owl solid state AM transistor radio. Plays very well with good volume control. I am not sure whether anyone listens to novelty AM radios, but it is nice to show off in your collection. The radio is probably in as good condition you will find one of these, with some light use wear. The nose has a little gold wear. It has two purple toned jewel eyes. One is the on/off and volume and the other is the tuner knob. The battery compartment is spotless and uses a 9V battery (not included). The only crack is under the battery compartment latch, but the legs latch securely, and the radio is very stable. Restoration status is unknown. About 7"H x 4-1/2"W x 4-1/2"D. |
