General Electric K-63 (1933)
(wood tube cathedral radio)

General Electric K-63 (1933)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

First time on Radio Attic for this very ornate little six-tube cathedral. It's actually the GE version of the RCA model 120 and has been a part of my personal collection for several years now. It's time to let someone else enjoy it. The cabinet finish, grille cloth, cloth line cord and knobs are all original! The front panel features an amazing grain pattern that displays exceptionally well. The chassis has been recapped and plays well, receiving all of my local stations with its antenna wire clipped to an external antenna source. The offset knob changes from broadcast to the now obsolete police band. If you're looking for a small cathedral with an exceptionally ornate cabinet to add to your collection, consider this fine example. 16"H x 13"W x 9-1/2"D.
