Air Castle 106B "Bullet" (1946)
(plastic tube table radio)

Air Castle 106B "Bullet" (1946)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

I offer a quantity discount on my radios, so check out my other listings and drop me a line if you're interested in more than one. A Bluetooth/MP3 player 3.5mm cord has been installed for another listening option beyond the standard AM broadcasts. You can plug into the headphone port of your device and enjoy the music of your choice through the radio. This off-brand five-tube radio, with a chassis built by Warwick Mfg. Corp. is actually somewhat rare. There is no brand marking on the dial or the cabinet, but what a cabinet! With its bold ribs, and bullet shape, it's definitely an attention grabber. It has been recapped, aligned, tubes tested strong, controls cleaned & lubricated, so it plays loud and clear across the dial with its built-in loop antenna. Really a strong player...tons of volume for a small set! The cabinet was repainted in Ocean Mist enamel and looks good with a few minor blemishes. New line cord, and original back cover is still intact. 12-3/4"W x 7-1/2"H x 7-3/4"D.
