Five-tube radio with Art Deco styling. Receives AM broadcasts along with shortwave and police bands. Chassis was restored with all new capacitors and out of tolerance resistors, a strong set of tested tubes, new cloth covered line cord. Plays strong across the dial with a wire antenna. One of the first superheterodynes to use a heptode (7-element) converter tube with automatic volume control. Cabinet was refinished with toners. New grille cloth. Wood knobs.
