THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

The RCA 14X was an interesting offering from RCA in that it provided a two band radio at a lower price point. At the conclusion of the Great Depression, buyers flocked to take advantage of this "bargain" with many 14X's being sold. The 14X being sold here is in excellent condition. The Bakelite case has been cleaned and polished and contains no cracks or chips. The radio sounds great and receives strong AM reception across the dial and works on the Shortwave band (although it is a small band). All of the capacitors and out of tolerance resistors have been replaced with modern equivalents. The power cord has been replaced with a new polarized version. You will not be disappointed in this little RCA. 10"W x 7"H x 6"D.
