THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This seldom seen Art Deco radio, nicknamed the "Skyscraper" for its spectacular stepped skyscraper shape, symmetrical design, and beautiful colored wood, was manufactured in 1933 by the RCA Victor Company. It has been totally restored both inside and out very recently. The cabinet has been refinished top to bottom and is in near mint condition with a few hardly noticeable hairlines in the wooden facade. This five-tube set also has the original manufacturer's tag on both the cabinet and chassis. The dial, RCA foil tag, knobs and gold patterned grille cloth are all original and in mint condition. The power cord is a correct replacement. All weak tubes and electrolytics have been replaced and it is picking up my local stations loud and clear across the AM dial with the help of the supplied external antenna. Ready to display and play! Another great radio from my personal, smoke-free collection. About 13-1/2"W x 9"H x 7-3/4"D.
