This atomic age clock radio in violet Plaskon case is extremely rare, especially one in such near mint condition with no chips, tube burns or repairs - just a small, hardly noticeable very tight hairline opposite the clock at the number 10. Serviced by its previous owner, this five-tube clock radio is in fully working order with its clock keeping great time and the radio picking up local stations loud and clear across the AM dial. Its clock, dial, clock and dial covers, "M" embossed logo, off-white knobs, back panel, bottom label, and power cord are all original. The "Motorola" name across the waffle grille face is a correct replacement. This ultra-rare example has a low serial number and would make a great addition to any atomic or mid-century radio collection. Another great radio from my personal, smoke-free collection.
