THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
Here is one of the coolest Art Deco designs Zenith ever produced. The Bakelite case has no cracks, chips or hairlines (just a couple of tiny flea bites), and still retains a beautiful shine. The radio works, but I've never fooled with the pre-set buttons. The on-off knob does not have a sharp "click" when you turn it on but it works fine. I believe that small rectangle below the tuning knob is a knock out for an optional switch. I've seen photos of this model where it looks like this one, and some have a Zenith logo or a switch in that spot. The chassis is mounted upside down on this model. Another great radio from my personal, smoke-free collection. About 11-1/2"W x 6-1/2"H x 5-1/2"D. |
