The model 66 was first introduced in June of 1934 for the model year 1935. Five-tube transformer set featuring standard broadcast (AM) and short wave 5.5 to 16 MC. All capacitors have been replaced including rebuilding all Bakelite blocks. All resistors have been checked and replaced as needed. A fuse was added for safety. Original electrodynamic speaker; very nice sound from this vintage set. The cabinet has been fully restored. New reproduction grille cloth, decal, and power cord were installed. High quality stained front, and toner on the sides and top along with several coats of lacquer give the radio a stunning original finish. This set will make a standout addition to your collection. 17"H x 13"W x 9"D. |
