One of the premier designs for wooden radios is this 1933 "Studio" 59 by Majestic. It has the elegant look of light wood with black trim and the (for then) very innovative aluminum grille. This is probably one of the finest examples of this model. The wood is the original finish (not refinished) and the black top, bottom, & back have been professionally repainted by Gary Marvin to give the radio a really sharp look. Also, the electronics have been completely restored by Blake Dietze. It's a nice size at 13"H x 10"W x 8"D.
