THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

A diminutive pre-war, 1940 RCA 1AX "Nipper Dog" dial. Five-tuber. The original dial, dial pointer, knobs, etc. The dial cover is clear with no cracks, and knobs are in perfect condition. The back which is often missing completely is a reproduction & conceals a very clean rust-free chassis. The dial shows Nipper the RCA dog "listening to his master's voice" and lights up beautifully in the dark. A classic Art Deco pre-War RCA radio. The hand polished Bakelite case is in mint condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines or scratches. Recent restoration. The radio has been completely checked by a professional, and all tubes, resistors and capacitors were changed out that were either failed or weak. The radio is playing fine, picking up all my local stations and beyond, loud & clear. This little guy is a collector favorite. It will be expertly packed and promptly shipped fully insured. Only weighs about 6 lbs. 10"W x 6-1/2"H x 6"D.
