THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Mid Century "Color" set from 1951, flip front Blue on Blue Crosley portable and is called The "Riviera." Lift the lid and it plays; close the lid and it stops. This is an extremely hard radio to find without major damage. It came in green, blue, red, brown and black. The cases were very fragile and not many survived intact. This blue set is in very good condition without any major cosmetic problems. There are just a couple or three rubs and the usual number of light scratches from 60 years of use, but nothing major like cracks or chips or breaks except one short crack (1/2") right below the latch, not very distracting. This is where most of these sets have an issue. This Blue on Blue set is in very good condition The chassis has been restored by a professional, and the radio is working & playing tuning in all my local AM stations and beyond. About 9"W x 6"H x 4"D.
