THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Rare! Beautiful black and gold, Toshiba transistor radio made in Japan around 1961 by Toshiba, model #7TH-425, seven-transistor Superheterodyne with push-pull power transistor output, 540-1600 KC. This seldom seen large radio was designed to hang on the wall and resembles a fan or can easily just be displayed laying on its back in open area. The pull-chain at the bottom turns it on or off, and the dials for volume and tuning are in the center. There is a knob on bottom that turns speaker L to R. It runs on four "C" cell batteries and plays really well picking up all my local stations and beyond. Great display as well. Excellent physical condition with no chips, breaks, repairs, nor scratches and grille area is near perfect. About 11-3/4" diameter x 3"D.
