Vintage highly collectable restored 1958 Zenith Royal model 500D (Owl Eye) AM eight-transistor radio. Chassis no. 8AT40Z2, S/N 647732. Fully restored to working condition with brand new electrolytic capacitors. Tuned all circuits. replaced other components as needed. Cleaned this radio inside and out. There are no chips, cracks, or dents. The audio is clear, and goes to full volume. Received many AM broadcast radio stations, and from long distances as stated on the front of this radio. This radio shows real well, with almost all the lettering in tact. Four "AA" batteries are required (not included). The battery compartment is very clean. What a performer, and looker. Shipping: Flat rate $15 domestic only. Radio will be packaged properly, as usual.
