Vintage 1965 Panasonic, Matsushita, National model R-8 AM six-transistor console radio. I restored this radio with brand new electrolytic capacitors. Replaced other components as needed, and wiring. Tuned all circuits. Repaired Ferrite antenna. Cleaned radio inside, and out. Tested radio for reception, and received lots of AM broadcast stations across the entire band. The radio plays clear, and loud audio. This radio requires three "AA" batteries (not supplied). There are no chips, cracks, or dents.
