| 1960's Zenith Royal 3000-1 Trans-Oceanic AM/FM/SW twelve-transistor Radio. This is a very historic portable multiband radio with the Famous Zenith Wavemagnet telescoping Antenna. This has been my radio for a long time. I recapped it with All brand new electrolytic caps. I even replaced the hard to get to ones. Replaced a few transistors, and other small components. Electronically retuned all circuits. The radio comes with a nice clean battery holder for nine "D" batteries (batteries not included). The radio shows real nice, and is clean inside and out. Many years ago you would find one of these radios in most homes. If you ever thought of getting on of these nice Zenith radios, then don't let this one get away. It is a very nice sounding radio, and receives very good on all bands. It's a nice radio to have during power outages too. Shipping: flat rate $20 FedEx ground. This radio will be packaged properly too. |
