Vintage Realistic DX-440 AM/FM/SW direct entry PLL Synthesized transistor receiver. This is a great portable AM/FM/SW Digital readout receiver. I checked reception on all bands including FM stereo operation. I was able to receive Short wave radio stations on all bands. CHU Canada, WWV, hams, and many foreign radio stations from all over with the new telescoping antenna. There are no cracks, chips, or dents. There are some minor scratches. I cleaned the radio inside, and out. No corrosion on battery terminals either. I put the fabric shoulder strap in the washer. Radio requires two "AA" batteries to hold the clock, and inputs. It requires four "D" batteries (batteries not included). There is a BFO switch for reception of CW, and SSB modes. All controls work. I will include a copy of the op manual. There are external power supplies offered on the Internet. Add $15 for Domestic shipping.
