Vintage American made Zenith seven-transistor AM radio restored. This is a great looking, and working Zenith "Owl Eye" radio. I replaced all the electrolytic capacitors with brand new stock. Checked, and replaced transistors as needed (one in the first I.F.), cleaned inside and out including the battery connections. This radio has nice clear good audio, and receives lots of AM broadcast radio stations across the entire band. There was one crack in the plastic in the earphone area. I repaired the crack, and reinforced it on the inside with epoxy. I polished the outside where the crack was. The crack is almost invisible now. This radio requires four "AA" batteries (not included). Add $10 for domestic shipping.
