THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

The classic Philco "hippo" model from 1948, but this one has been customized. The bottom and front corner of the Bakelite cabinet were cracked so after repairs it was repainted Porsche Montego black with an automotive basecoat/clearcoat urethane. The six-tube chassis has had all wax and electrolytic capacitors replaced, tubes and resistors checked and alignment peaked. Plays like new with its internal loop antenna. 12"W x 7"H x 7"D.
