| This radio has model 6-A-229 on cabinet, and model 6-J-257 on the chassis. So I think it is a combination of two radios, and seems to fit good. It plays all local AM stations with a long wire antenna. Also, does well on SW with long wire antenna. It has all of the capacitors changed. The radio was re-aligned. The cables were removed when I bought it for the 6 volt battery, so don't know if that works. So it is an AC only set. It has original finish so it has scratches, cracks, and dings. Has original Zenith knobs. About 17-3/4"H x 13-1/2"W x 10-1/2"D. |
