General Electric 422 (1951)
(plastic tube table radio)

General Electric 422 (1951)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

I can't get a true photo of the swirly cabinet, but it is stunning! Almost a purple background and black swirls. Really unique. Six-tube circuit, all GE tubes which I believe are original. Clean inside and out, good performer, no cracks or chips. There is a little gold discoloration on dial base, otherwise close to new. No wear around knobs or on knobs. No rodent or rust damage on chassis. Dial lamp moves with pointer. All recapped, aligned, checked and OK. Comes with schematic/service info. About 14"W x 9"H x 8"D.
