Zenith 5-S-29 Tombstone (1936)
(wood tube tombstone radio)

Zenith 5-S-29 Tombstone (1936)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Zeniths were very popular radios in the 1930's and rightly so. Not only were they great performing sets they were beautiful as well. This very popular tombstone has the original finish, wooden knobs as well as the original band decals and grille cloth. The chassis has been completely gone through with all capacitors replaced as well as any out of tolerance resistors. It was given a full alignment and is very sensitive on all bands and has room filling sound. A new line cord was installed for safe operation. The original dial is in perfect shape. These are getting difficult to find in such nice original condition.
