Stunning "industrial" style Bakelite AM radio. Wells Gardner made these radios for Montgomery Wards and sold them under the Airline brand name. The molded vertical fins are really nice to look at. The cabinet is flawless and shines beautifully. No cracks or chips. We have owned this radio for over 30 years. It has been rebuilt electronically. Has six tubes. Works great and pulls in lots of stations. Dial is original and very nice, Bright new green tuning eye. Original back is present. Made in USA. 11"W x 8"H x 6-1/2"D; weighs 7-1/2 lbs.
