This is a really nice British portable. This the really rare version that was only made in 1959. This one has six transistors, one tube and a vibrator. The cabinet is excellent in all ways. Battery area is fresh and clean. Uses seven "D" cell batteries. Works great. Has medium wave (broadcast) and two shortwave bands. It also has the red dial.
