| If you are partial to Atwater Kent radios and would like a working example of a battery set without spending a fortune for a breadboard, this may be the one. Just add your own tubes (tubes pictured are not included), a speaker or earphones, hook it up to a battery radio power supply and you will impress your visitors. Transformers are good and I have had this one playing several times. Cabinet has original finish with a few light scratches and dings but is better than many. Front panel is not perfect but very nice. Knobs are original and excellent. Chassis is excellent, all original and free of corrosion. Both paper tags are present. This nice radio may be for you! |
