This cool radio is a two tube tuned radio frequency receiver designed for operation from AC or DC. The driver in this set is mechanically connected to the front of the cabinet, which serves as a speaker. The front of this Crosley has a nautical theme with a large compass and two sailing ships and an anchor. The front is in outstanding condition with only a few light spots as seen in the photo; there are no tears, rips or any damage whatsoever. The cabinet retains its original gold paint with no chips or noticeable scratches. This radio plays and the sound is very good considering the front acts as the speaker. It also has a nice NRA label on the original back which is in very nice condition (see photo). It is a rare "have to have" set for Crosley collectors. 7"W x 6"H x 5"D.
