From the "Transitone" series, here is a solid wood radio that is made to look like plastic -- go figure. The cabinet has a printed or lithographed pattern over the wood. This was worn off on one area on the top (see photograph) before re-varnishing took place. Five tubes, mostly Loctal, and a wire loop antenna, make for good performance. 11"W x 7"H x 7"D.
