| This lovely 1940 radio features AM broadcast and two Shortwave bands. By far and away, the best slide rule dial presentation I have ever seen. Plays well on AM and shortwave w/long wire antenna. Dial truly looks like a slide ruler. Extraordinary cabinet along with wood trim around the dial. Newer plastic dial lens cover and grille cloth. Cabinet nicely refinished dark walnut. |
