| Very rare Splendid De Luxe one tube regenerative receiver from the early 1920s features a long lever for tuning. The lever eliminates hand capacitance effects and makes fine tuning easier. I tested the radio with a UV-200 tube and was able to hear a number of stations with an antenna wire and ground attached. The radio is in excellent condition for its age as shown. There is some surface corrosion of the clasp and hinges, but nothing that a buffing wheel wouldn't fix. Comes with one UV-200 brass base tipped display tube. This is one rare bird! A nice and very rare Splendid De Luxe! |
