Last of the Detrola built T series of radios that began with the "Egyptian T-2," badged as Detrola, Silvertone, and Truetone. The series featured motorized tuning, eye tubes, and a large 8" Rola speaker. Great performance and big sound characterized these beauties. This example is a Truetone, using their model designation of D-727. This is a multi band radio, and does require a short external antenna. Completely restored, and we offer a 90 day warranty on the electronic work. We now offer installation of an iPod® dock for a flat rate of $75.00. Large at 21"W x 12"H x 9"D.
