An original American classic, popular in 1938 and just as popular today. This is an all original finish original radio. Chassis and speaker are just as clean as the cabinet. All of Zenith's best features for 1938: shutter-dial, motorized tuning, eye tube with terrific cabinet style. This one has been recapped, good tubes installed, and everything functions and, of course, it sounds great. If it sounds like I like this radio, I do! It is the nicest original I have ever found. I will install and include a NOS eye tube... although, sadly, not a Zenith one. Extremely clean dial face, all knobs in great condition, just a beautiful Zenith. 42"H x 26"W x 17"D.
